1. Controller and contact
For the public website, demo requests and direct commercial communications, the data controller is Αδάμ Κωνσταντίνος Πέτρου. Area of operations: Παλαιό Φάληρο, Αθήνα, Αττική, Ελλάδα. Privacy contact: privacy@edulogio.gr.
For learner, parent and teacher records managed by an educational organization, that organization normally defines the processing purposes and acts as controller. The EduLogio provider generally acts as processor under the relevant data-processing agreement.
2. Information processed
Demo enquiries include organization name/type, contact name, email, optional telephone and message, together with anti-abuse technical signals, enquiry status and communication history.
Depending on the functions used by each organization, the SaaS service may handle identities, roles, sessions, audit events, student records, attendance, assessments, tuition, payments, staff records and communications.
Necessary technical data may include IP addresses, request timestamps, session cookies and security events. Any non-essential analytics or tracking is subject to the applicable notices and consent settings.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
Enquiries are used to reply, arrange demonstrations and manage the relationship, on the basis of pre-contractual steps where applicable or assessed legitimate interests for business communications.
Other grounds may include performing contracts, compliance with legal obligations or legitimate interests in protecting services. Separate consent is requested where legally required; acknowledging this notice is not consent to receive a marketing newsletter.
4. Recipients and international transfers
Authorized staff and, where necessary, hosting, email, support and security processors may process data under applicable agreements. We do not sell enquiry information.
For information about specific service providers, processing locations and possible international data transfers, contact privacy@edulogio.gr. Relevant information and safeguards are provided where required by applicable law.
5. Retention and security
Commercial enquiry records are retained for up to 365 days unless another documented legal basis or obligation applies, or a separate contractual relationship is established.
Organizational records, financial data and audit logs follow applicable contractual, legal and operational schedules. Role-based authorization, secure sessions and security logs are used; no absolute security guarantee is made.
6. Your rights
Subject to the applicable rules you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to processing. Consent, where used, may be withdrawn without retroactive effect.
Requests involving data controlled by an educational organization are handled in coordination with that organization, and identities are verified before action. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
7. Cookies and updates
Necessary session and security cookies may be used. Any use of non-essential tracking technologies requires appropriate notice and choices before activation, as required by law.
Submitting an enquiry does not automatically create an organization, account or subscription, and there is no automated acceptance decision. Material changes will receive a revised notice.
