2. Information and commercial onboarding
Features and pricing descriptions are informational, not a binding automated offer. Inclusions, limits, fees, duration and support are governed by a separately accepted proposal or contract.
A demo request does not create an account, educational organization, trial, purchase or charge. A relationship starts only after manual commercial approval and invitation/onboarding.
3. Accounts and roles
Management, educators and parents may receive role-scoped access through their organization. Learners are data records, not EduLogio sign-in account holders.
Users must protect credentials, use authorized access only, and refrain from unlawful, misleading or abusive conduct.
4. Intellectual property and acceptable use
Website content, visual marks and software are protected by applicable intellectual property rules. Unauthorized copying, security bypass, probing or misuse is prohibited.
Customers retain their applicable rights in data and materials under the relevant contractual arrangements.
5. Availability, changes and liability
Public content may change or be temporarily unavailable. Any binding SLA, service warranty or support commitment is established in the actual service agreement.
These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory consumer and professional trading protections apply where relevant.

Terms may be updated with clear revision information. Applicable law and dispute mechanisms follow relevant law and any specific agreement.
