1. Availability and distribution
The application is not represented as publicly available. Official store download links will appear only after actual approval and release.
A preview or test build does not grant access to any production organization.
2. Eligible account holders
The planned mobile experience serves authorized management, educators and parents belonging to an educational organization. Learners do not receive EduLogio login accounts or student dashboards.
Permissions are organization-specific. There is no public self-registration or automatic organization provisioning.
3. Data and device capabilities
After release, the app will connect to authorized EduLogio services for role-appropriate features. Actual data types, third-party SDKs, device identifiers, permissions, diagnostics and push messaging must be inventoried at final release.
The general Privacy Policy applies where relevant, but Apple App Privacy and Google Play Data safety declarations must be checked against the final binaries and services before submission.
4. Access and deletion requests
For account or privacy rights, contact your organization administrator or the privacy contact privacy@edulogio.gr. Identity and the respective controller/processor responsibilities are checked before action.
Disabling an account does not equal erasing personal data. Where app-store policies require a deletion route, an appropriate in-app and/or public web pathway must be available before release. This page performs no automated irreversible deletion.
5. App store rules and future changes
When released, installation and updates will also be subject to applicable Apple App Store or Google Play rules. Disclosures and privacy labels will reflect the actual shipping release.
The app is not advertised as an independent self-service purchasing channel, free trial or automatic billing flow. Any later commercial changes will require separate approval and disclosure.
